In-Season Weight Lifting Program
All football players must continue lifting weights during the football season. This is necessary to maintain the strength that you developed during the off-season.
Each player is responsible for finding the time to continue lifting weights. Players can lift during their Physical Education class, after practice, or at the YMCA.
Players should lift twice a week and focus on the Core Lifts. Players should not lift on game day.
