Aye Mateys, Our Pirate ship may have gotten knocked off a little off course, but you are still early in your journey to a place where no Pirate ships have ever sailed before. 

Get your ship back on course, make sure all trustworthy Pirates are aboard,       re-load the ammo, re-read your map for THE treasure that eludes most teams.  Play with a FIRE and a PASSION that all young Pirates once dreamed of possessing.  Re-live the Fun of Competition.  Re-experience the feeling of Success.  Remember that not long ago many of you Pirates were Champions.  You have a Great opportunity to Grasp for even more.  Realize that true victory only comes when ALL Pirates are prepared for battle.  Others may try and take away your weapons but the strongest weapon you possess is 40 Pirates committed to Fighting any battle as ONE.   Prepare early for battle.  Think IT, Plan IT, Do IT. Take on ALL Challenges. 

A wise old Pirate once said, "A Pirate Ship in Harbor is Safe, but that's not what Pirate Ships are for !" 

Set your Sails, Prepare for storms that may try to slow the Pirate Ship down, But show the will and Desire to Fight On !  Take NO Prisoners ! Rely not only on your skills but Fight On with the desire from your Heart and you all will taste VICTORY !
